Mine are far from the fashionable ideal. I never possessed anything resembling firm, self-supporting globes with uptilted nipples and a perky, shuddery bounce.
Mine are soft, curvy, droopy cones, although in my defence, I will point out that there’s no sag—the aspect of the nipple has hardly changed since my twenties. Take one in your hand and see: it’s quite small, compact enough to nestle in your curved palm. In colour it’s creamy-white with a generous pale pink bull’s-eye, which is dark rose in the centre and sprinkled around the perimeter with odd stray hairs---fine, wispy hairs that you will never see because I keep them trimmed smooth to the skin.
There are no moles or skin flaws save for a few stretch marks radiating like silvery sunrays from the areolas. Hardly noticeable now, they date from my days as a new mother when my breasts swelled to such foreign, udder-like proportions that I didn’t recognise them as mine, or even as breasts, they were so brimful with their own raison d’etre. On the underside of one, a fading scar line records an old biopsy---diagnosis: benign.
My nipples seem to sulk within the flesh and will not erect until irritated with cold or the heat of friction. When you grasp the rough nub between your thumb and forefinger and pinch, it rises reluctantly. You have to tweak and twist it vigorously, using your mouth as well as your fingers, to coax it out to its full size: a thick, wrinkled, red cone. Very suckable.
Sometimes I wish I had those pencil-eraser nipples because I think men prefer those, but I don’t lose any sleep over mine. The main thing is, mine work. Indeed, they work too well. I didn't know there was a fashionable ideal.
I can enjoy any pair of breasts so long as they can be sucked and grabbed, with nipples that can be nibbled on between teeth, rolled and pulled between finger and thumb, cock-slapped, scrunched together with two hands, wobbled up and down with hard thrusting and reachable from behind or while she's kneeling in front of me.

Your breasts sound very nice. Natural, with natural curves, natural nipples, natural markings. Much better than fake breasts, which look like the are about to float off the womans body at any minute. And, personally, I think your nipples sound perfect. No pair of nipples is ever the same. The more realistic, the better.
I range from a 34C to a D, depending on the time or the month and if they are swollen or not. My nipples have always been sensitive like you described yours, even after I had them pierced.
